Our next Iowa ASHI Chapter meeting will be a educational session titled: Business Partners: How can Home Inspectors and Realtors Communicate Better?

 

February Monthly Meeting

This meeting will be a panel discussion with four seasoned real estate agents on the topic of "How Can Home Inspectors and Realtors Help Make the Home Purchasing Process Flow Better?"

We will discuss the home sale transaction and the Realtor-Client-Home Inspector relationship. This will also be the opportunity to explore any other topic of how Realtors and Home Inspectors work together.

Our panelists have over 100 combined years of experience within the real estate industry. They work mainly in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. They are:

  • Rex Brandstatter, RE/MAX Affiliates, Coralville
  • Tim Lehman, Coldwell Banker Real estate Professionals, Iowa City
  • Joy Seyfer, Skogman Realty (previously Iowa Realty), Cedar Rapids
  • Roger Flink, Skogman Realty, Marion
